Prony Resources celebrates women with a redesigned Forum Prony'elle
On the occasion of International Women’s Rights Day, PRNC hosted a new edition of its Prony’Elles Forum on Wednesday, March 11, 2026. Open to all employees and contractors, the event was designed as a space for dialogue, listening and inspiration, where participants could explore topics that promote both personal well-being and professional fulfilment.

A forum focused on meaningful discussions and practical support
This year's Prony’Elles Forum featured workshops and discussions covering several key topics:
- Health and well-being: Managing mental load, risk prevention, work-life balance, and returning to work after an extended leave of absence.
- Legal rights and support: Information and guidance to help participants better understand their rights.
- Housing and social assistance: Access to support programmes and available resources.
- Families and protection: Resources to help balance family and professional responsibilities.
- Support and guidance: Dedicated spaces to share experiences, ask questions and access support.

An inclusive, welcoming and inspiring event
The Prony’Elles Forum brought together 100 participants for a day of discussion, learning and connection. Participants were able to discover available resources, gain practical information, build confidence and enjoy a meaningful moment with colleagues.
Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this event a success!
